No Peeking
I'm still not really clear on the benefits of this one, but everyone knows it, so I felt inclined to put it up here. Basically, you look at your non-dominant hand while simultaneously drawing with your strong hand, like normal. Except, you keep your eyes steadily on the subject of your drawing, and you don't get to look at the drawing itself until you're finished. There might be some rule about not lifting your pencil too, I'm not really clear on it. Personally, I like to lift my pencil, sometimes even while I'm drawing.
You must also keep in mind that it must be your weak hand you're drawing. you can't use any other object, say, your cat or that horrible mole on your grandmothers cheek. Drawing anything but your own hand goes against the laws of nature and could result in the unholy formation of a temporal vortex placed precisely to remove your reproductive organs and spread the molecular ash across all of time.
Anyway, this is what I came up with in about a minute of doing this, which is about as long as I can maintain interest when I don't see the point of something.
