The Product
So what I do is this: you give me a concept for a design, as detailed and specific as you think necessary, tell me what it's for (t-shirts, tattoos, decal for your brand new, automated Flushmaster 6500 toilet with optional chrome accents, etc.) and I'll get back to you as soon as I have a chance to confirm I'm tracking your idea. We'll go back and forth till all the details are sorted out, and then I can get to work on your final design.
The finished product will be a digital version of the design I've created (I typically work with pen and ink, putting the finishing touches on a digital copy using image editing software,) I will upload and send to you. You also have the option of having the original design mailed to you for the price of shipping.

What You Pay For
In addition to the design itself, I also do everything I can to ensure that the image remains original and unique, the property of the customer. Unless you give permission for a smaller image of your product to be used as an example of what I do for others that visit the site, it won't be posted , nor will I distribute copies of any kind to anyone. After I receive payment, the design is yours in every sense of the term. If you want to take the design and stuff it in a dresser draw and never look at it again, go for it. If you put it on t-shirts and sell 8,000 of them and make yourself enough money to buy a three foot tall solid gold squirrel statue, I don't care. I'm not gonna hunt you down and demand "my cut." You paid for a design, and that's what I gave you. What you do with it from there is your business. (If you do happen to make a ton of cash using something I did, I would like to hear about it if you have time. It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.)

If you want to leave it there for whatever you use the design for to give me credit, that's great. If not, you won't hurt my feelings. Well, maybe it will, but don't worry, you're not the one who has to try and sleep in the same bed with me while I cry myself to sleep at night.
